Instant Pot Asian Honey Pork Chops
February 28, 2018
Tonight’s dinner of Instant Pot Asian Honey Pork Chops was a huge hit! Our family loves Asian food and to be able to have all the cooking done in the Instant Pot, I call that a win! I will admit I like things simple. This recipe was made just for me, quick and easy yet looks like I slaved. ~grins~
Oh Instant Pot how I am learning about all the amazing things you are. Every week I see more and more how much of a time saver you are. I will admit there has been a learning curve. I am happy to say that I am figuring you out!
For this recipe my pork chops total weight was 2 lbs. I personally prefer low sodium Soy Sauce and used that. *Cooking time will vary depending on weight.

- Naturally release pressure for 5 minutes and quick release remaining pressure.
- Change setting to sauté to thicken sauce for a few minutes, if desired.
- Serve the pork chops with plenty of the thickened marinade drizzled on top. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion(this is optional, but totally gives the Asian influence.)
Hope you enjoy this as much as my boys do!
